009Pixellation Smoothing Tutorial
posted by steve on October 7th, 2007
Have you ever wished that you had a high-res graphic, but all you can find is a low-res version? Sure, you can resize things a little bit, but once you pass a certain point, the resizing function simply can’t keep up with the pixellation and your image loses it’s crisp, smooth lines.
This Photoshop CS3 tutorial shows you a technique that you can use in certain situations to smooth the jagged pixellated edges and give you some smooth lines to work with. I hope you find it as useful as I have!

I’ve been creating arrows at 32×32 as gif format that keeplosing their definition.
This has really helped!
